What should I expect after deck cleaning?
Cleaning can improve how the deck looks, but weathering, older boards, stains, and worn coatings may still be visible afterward.
Exterior Cleaning
Decks collect grime, leaves, algae, and dirt through the seasons. We clean deck boards, railings, steps, and nearby areas before warmer weather, listing photos, a new tenant, or time outside with family and friends.
We look at the deck condition before deciding how to clean it. Deck construction and structural repairs are separate from cleaning. If you also want staining, sealing, or resurfacing, ask us to include it in the estimate. If the deck, stairs, or railings appear unsafe, we will stop and let you know.

We will point out any loose boards, damaged railings, or other visible concerns we notice while cleaning. Deck cleaning is not a structural inspection, so damaged stairs, boards, or railings may need to be checked by the right contractor before the deck is used.
Tell us what you need help with, where the property is, and when you would like the work done. Add photos if you have them.
