OCD Properties grew from the experience and skills we already had. We use those skills to take care of the cleaning, upkeep, and smaller repairs that come with owning a home or rental.
We handle the calls, texts, estimates, and planning ourselves, then work together on the job. The people you talk to are the same people who come out and do the work.
What Only Clear Direction means
The initials OCD began as a nod to getting the details right. Only Clear Direction gives the name a second meaning: that level of care should guide every job we take on.
For us, paying attention to the details means understanding the job, agreeing on what needs to be done, and seeing the work through.
