We work in Rochester and nearby Monroe County communities, including Irondequoit, Webster, Penfield, Fairport, Brighton, Greece, Henrietta, and Pittsford. If your town is not listed, send us the location and we will let you know if we can make the trip.
Yes. Tell us what you need help with, where the property is, and when you would like the work done. Add photos if you have them. We may need to see the property before giving a final price.
We handle exterior cleaning, smaller repairs, rental turnover work, cleanup after a move, punch lists, and property checkups.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural work, hazardous cleanup, major remodels, code inspections, and specialty restoration should go to the right trade or specialist. If we see something that needs another contractor, we will let you know.
Yes. We can help with rental turnovers, check a vacant property, and send you notes and photos so you can decide what needs attention.
A property checkup gives you photos and notes to help plan maintenance and cleanup. It does not replace a home inspection, code inspection, engineering report, or insurance report.
Often, yes. We may be able to handle window cleaning, gutter cleaning, cleanup after a move, drywall patches, siding repairs, and punch list work during the same visit.
